Bernardo, any hope on progress here?

Loading and unloading Econns should be relevantly like loading and unloaded 
onts with imports. I.e., when I load an ontology with linkproperties, I 
should load the transclosure of the link properties. If I unload an 
ontology, I shoudl have the option of also removing the transclose of its 
link properties.
