I'm not seeing this in the latest builds. Is this still a problem?

yup got the bug..weird case since Swoop fails to log this particular change completely..will look into it

I just reproduced it. Try this. Load this ontology, then click on, say, "BedAndBreakfast". In the main edit pane, click "Add" next to "Superclass Of" In the dialog, type in "FunnyFace". When I do this, FunnyFace appears in the tree under BedAndBreakfast (as it should), but there is no * on it.

Does this error still come in the latest Swoop beta - v2.3 beta2? I'm unable to reproduce the bug

If you create a class by clicking on an existing class, then click "Add" next to Superclass Of, the class shows up, but wihtout the * that shows it has been edited. This was in the nightly build on Oct 28
