Perhaps it was. I have to confess I didn't look (that goes for all of my 
issues).

This is on my todo list (in fact, it's a blocker for the next release).  I'm
surprised that it wasn't on the tracker already.

The behavior of the dialogs is a mess right now.
We are problably going to standardize on
"Add", "Add & Close", and "Close",
although I'm open to suggestions for naming them.

When I hit Add on e.g. the new entity dialog, it should close the dialog.
Alternatively, there should be an Add & Close button (I understand that there
used to be).
