That's odd - I uploaded the file the first time - can you see it now? No, I'm not sure if it is a Pellet or a SWOOP issue (it is often hard to tell). I can switch it to the other, if you like . . .

First, I didn't see the example attached. Second, are you sure this is Pellet and not Swoop? Swoop has some known problems with displaying such inverse relations.

In the following, the functional property should imply that Peg owl:sameAs MargaretAnn, and indeed it does. However, it fails to imply that MargaretAnn owl:sameAs Peg. That seems very odd to me. This is using Pellet via SWOOP v2.3 beta 3; it could well be that this has been fixed in later versions. AFAICT, that is the latest release.
