If there are more bookmarks than space for the menu, ie enough
bookmarks to make a menu as large as the entire screen, you will not see
any of the bookmarks at the  bottom (they get cut off by the end of the
screen)
* should have a "More" option, or only show the top 20, or most recently
  used
* then have a dialog or something to get at all of them
* this also makes it hard to mouse through the menus
