Writing USEFUL Comments
The Architecture of the WWW 1st Edition

Write (please use text, not any interesting format) your comments on the TAG dicument.  As discussed in class, please concentrate on the following sorts of comment types and discussions:

Ignore typographical errors.

Clarifications:  When you feel the document explains something poorly, point this out and suggest alternate wording.

Additions: Your suggestion that something should be adding.  It is best to either offer explicit wording or make specific comments about what you want added and why (i.e. say "a paragraph that explicitely addresses..." rather than "something about XHTML")

Deletions: If they say something you think is simply wrong, you can ask it be deleted.  In this case, you should explain clearly what the problem is.  

Modifications: like delete and add - explain and suggest alternate wording.
