The ConvertToRDF tool is designed to take plain-text delimited files, like .csv files dumped from Microsoft Excel, and convert them to RDF. To use it all you need to write is a file to map from one form to the other. There are detailed instructions on installation and use in the readme below. Any bugs, suggestions, comments or concerns can be directed to the author.
